Environmental Policy

Here at Paperman we believe that businesses and organizations, and not just individuals, must take an active role to Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. We acknowledge our responsibility as a business to make the right choices, from choosing eco-friendly products to recycling as much as possible, to do our part in evolving to an eco-friendly economy and world.

Reduce;

• Providing electronic statements to clients.
• Promoting more multi-pack products to reduce the amount of packaging.
• All computers and lights in the shop are shut down at the end of the day to help reduce the amount of wasted electricity.

Reuse;

• All cardboard boxes that are received into Paperman’s facilities are reused as packaging for outgoing orders.
• Wastepaper is reused around the office for internal printing/writing purposes by all employees.
• We opt for reusable boxes and pallet from our suppliers where possible.

Recycle

• Paperman offers a recycling program to all customers who want to return their used toner cartridges.

In addition, Paperman also outlines all its eco-friendly products in our catalogue by the use of specific icons. Look for the recycle icon when specifically shopping for sustainable or eco-friendly products.
